GI-MAP (Gastrointestinal Microbial Assay Plus) is a DNA-based stool test that analyzes the microbes in your gut. It’s performed at home with a simple kit and mailed to the lab. Results typically return in 2–3 weeks and give us deep insight into digestive, immune, and metabolic function.

For most hormone labs, fasting is recommended for 8–12 hours to get the most accurate results—especially for glucose, lipids, and certain hormones. We’ll provide clear instructions before your appointment.

Once your blood work results are in—typically within 48–72 hours—we will schedule an appointment for our providers to review them with you, build your personalized hormone plan, and schedule your pellet procedure or start your chosen therapy.
